Absolutely. We do not commence any sales or marketing activities until the project has received its RERA registration. All our documentation is compliant with the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act.
Possession timelines are strictly adhered to as per the RERA commitment. We typically build a 6-month buffer into our estimates to account for unforeseen circumstances, but our track record shows delivery on or before the committed date.
Cancellations made before the execution of the Agreement for Sale are fully refunded within 30 working days. Post-agreement cancellations are subject to deduction of statutory taxes and a nominal administrative charge as per RERA guidelines.
